Design Network PMC for Redevelopment of Existing Housing Societies comprises of its associate team of Architects, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers along with its Legal & Financial consultants. We assist the society to ensure that all the process laid down as per 79A is followed throughout the complete project process.
Design Network team work as an extension of the Society and ensure that they get best possible deal in terms of Incremental space, Corpus fund, Rent, Amenities etc. Apart from that we look in to every fine detail from the Tender Stage to the Development Agreement in terms of safeguarding the society legally. We monitor the entire project from start of construction of the project till peaceful possession of the premises is handed over to the society members along with all required document and as per commitment by the Developer and agreed in the D.A. We ensure that, all required documentation be it legal, municipal, or any other document and its approval is taken at various stages by the Developer and handed over to the Society.
We assist the society from the first SGM till the final takeover of the premises extending to the sign off on the defect Liability period and handing over Security Deposit to the Developer.
